[MacTUG] Microsoft Remote Desktop 10

For what it's worth, I was unable to reproduce the ARPing behaviour, but I only tried once. I ran tcpdump after closing most things, opened Remote Desktop, connected to a system, closed RD. MSRD version 10.2.2 build 1291.
