[MacTUG] Help, Donald Rumsfeld has taken over Office 2008!!!

A user has had Office 2008 installed by us (using a CHIP disk) for a  
few weeks now. Over a week ago he came in and said that he could not  
use Office 2008 because a dialog box comes up saying something like (I  
am afraid I did not write down the exact wording)
  "You have exceeded the number of users for this license, last user,  
Donald Rumsfeld"

(I have asked him to email me the exact text when it happens again.)

What makes this a bit harder to track down is that it is a bit  
sporadic, and it seems that if he turns off Airport he can restart  
Office and get it to work. Additionally there are plenty of times when  
it does not complain when Airport is on. Sounds like it is doing a bit  
of an 'ET phone home' thing. I am not sure where the Donald Rumsfeld  
is coming from -- maybe he is a Mac user, Rush Limbaugh is so why not  
Donny ;-) Most likely I am guessing that someone on campus has entered  
that as a joke (I checked, there are not unfortunate souls on campus  
named Donald Rumsfeld -- not that I have a problem with the first name!)

Has anyone seen anything like this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled  
2008 to no avail.

Any suggestions (other than goofy ones like emailing the Pentagon)?
