For the last two years, the Creative Destruction Lab
<http://creativedestructionlab.com>(CDL) has operated a program that
incubates startups at the intersection of quantum computing and machine
learning. Within each program year, the Quantum Stream

composed of 25 ventures which range from pre-incorporation to slightly more
mature startups.

The QML Program offers a robust set of resources for new founders to launch
and scale a startup:

   quantum entrepreneurs who have experience scaling quantum-based companies
   whether as an entrepreneur or early investor.

   Capital - pre-seed investment of up to USD $80K from three prominent
   venture capital firms
