[MacTUG] FYI: 2FA Token not being recognized when plugged into USB-C hub

I just had a case where the 2FA token wasn’t being recognized by the MacBook when it was plugged into the USB-C hub, which has a USB-2/3 port on it which the 2FA token was plugged into.

Plugging the 2FA token into a simple USB-C to USB-3 adapter and then into a USB-C port resulted in the 2FA token being recognized by the MacBook.

Note, I have seen the same thing happen with other USB-2/3 devices that were plugged into USB-C hubs with USB-2/3 ports.
