My big problem was that printing stopped working with Big Sur.  It detects
PostScript, but then nothing comes out and the job is lost.

I got the bright idea to use CUPS instead, but Big Sur's CUPS appears
broken too.

Today I installed CUPS on a linux box and am back in business.
