[MacTUG] Crestron AirMedia (Wireless AV connection) devices not working with Macs

Is anyone having or hearing of issues with macs running Sierra (and greater) using the Airmedia devices?

We have tried a couple in EV buildings. An ancient El Cap Mac works, the PCs work but Sierra and newer do not! I cannot imagine that this has been an issue for the last few years – surely we would have heard about it.

It is interesting, when you download the App from Crestron, the Apple download strangely says “Requires OS X 10.5 – 10.8” – seriously??? I am wondering if redirect is getting buggered up?
