[MacTUG] Word 2016 print dialog not coming up, OS X 10.13 high sierra

I didn't find the newer driver made any difference (JasonT and I found it earlier this week).
ACK on the out of paper - when I went to check, I did check all the trays and they all had paper, but it's possible somebody did put some in between me seeing the error, and walking over to it. The legal tray *was* quite low.
