[MacTUG] 10.11 Parental Controls Process Hog

Anyone had any success with using launchctl to totally remove an unused Apple service like Parental Controls?

As far I as can see parts of it are in

/System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.parentalcontrols.check.plist
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/FamilyControls.framework
/Library/Application\ Support/Apple/ParentalControls

Any ideas of what would happen if I removed those completely?
