[MacTUG] UPDATE: WCMS upgrade to 1.13 – August 22-26

UPDATE: The upgrade of non-responsive (legacy) WCMS production sites to 1.13 is taking more time than originally anticipated. The upgrade has been stopped and will resume tonight. Maintenance windows have been revised to begin one hour earlier and end one hour later with additional windows being added to complete the upgrade.

When is this happening?

·         Tuesday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m. to Wednesday, August 24 at 7:00 a.m.

·         Wednesday, August 24 at 7:00 p.m. to Thursday, August 25 at 7:00 a.m.

·         Thursday, August 25 at 7:00 p.m. to Friday, August 26 at 7:00 a.m.

What you need to do before the upgrade begins: Please log out of your site and do not work on your site during this upgrade window. Sites will remain available to site visitors during the upgrade window.

Additional communication will be shared when the upgrade is complete.

What is happening? Non-responsive (legacy) WCMS sites are being upgraded to version 1.13.

Why is this happening? This is the final feature release for the non-responsive branch of the WCMS.

When is this happening?

·         Non-production and pilot sites will be updated on Tuesday, August 16 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 17.

·         Production sites from A-K will be updated on Monday, August 22 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23.

·         Production sites from L-Z will be updated on Tuesday, August 23 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24.
