[MacTUG] Update: WCMS sites appearing as plain text - May 13

Update: We are in the process of restoring website files from backup to resolve this issue.

When is this happening? The process has begun but the time to complete this work is unknown. An update will be provided when this work is complete.

What is the impact? The backup is from 11:00 a.m. Any files or images uploaded to affected WCMS sites after this time will need to be re-uploaded once functionality has been restored. Text edits (HTML) have not been lost.

What is happening? Some WCMS sites are appearing as plain text (missing CSS). The WCMS team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

Important note: If your site is displaying as normal, please do not clear your site cache as this may break the CSS.
