[MacTUG] WCMS sites appearing as plain text - May 13

What is happening? Some WCMS sites are appearing as plain text (missing CSS). The WCMS team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

Important note: If your site is displaying as normal, please do not clear your site cache as this may break the CSS.
