[MacTUG] WCMS sites - Date field issue

Good morning,

The WCMS upgrade occurred during the night and early morning. After the upgrade, there were a few issues that the team quickly resolved. Unfortunately, there is an outstanding issue that needs to be addressed:

Content Editors/Site Managers: content with date fields (e.g. Events) that you have modified/added this morning will need your immediate attention. Please 'Clear all caches' on the black toolbar at the top of your page, then check the times in the date field and edit/save as necessary.

What is happening? WCMS sites are being upgraded to version 1.9.

Why is this happening? A number of new features, bug fixes, and other improvements have been made. A complete list can be viewed at https://uwaterloo.ca/web-resources/news/wcms-19-will-be-pushed-live-sites-soon.

When is this happening?

  *   Pilots, training and all other non-production sites - Wednesday, October 1 (tonight) from 9:00pm until 6:00am Thursday, October 2.
  *   Production sites (public-facing sites) - Thursday, October 2 from 9:00pm to 6:00am Friday, October 3.

What you need to do before the upgrade begins: Please do not work on your site during this upgrade window. Please logout of your site.
