FYI for users you support who use apple laptops.

There is a free update available for OS X, OS X Mavericks.
We have observed an issue where the captive portal page does not load for uw-unsecured on mac OS X Mavericks when using the browser Safari.
The captive portal will load when using firefox browser or chrome browser, so this can be used as a work around for users who need to be on uw-unsecured.

Ideally users should all be on eduroam.
