[MacTUG] License Server

The program we had looked at for application serving was LanSurveyor. It did this for both mac and windows. The company is now called Solarwinds. Go to
http://www.solarwinds.com/ for more information. At the time they had really cheap educational licenses. Not sure if they still do.
