[MacTUG] How best to have Synchronized Offline files with the MAC

Hi,
I have a user who has a Macbook Pro that wants to have their files from a UW server available offline when they travel.

The server is "fileu" - what Windows users would think of as there N-drive, and an easy to do task on a Windows laptop.

I believe that the laptop has had its disk encrypted so that any files on it wouldn't be accessible without knowing the proper password.

Any suggestions as to the best method? Or software that would allow it to happen with as little user input as possible?
