<p class=3D"MsoNormal">When trying to get connected to a client running Mou=
ntain Lion via Bomgar a client will see a pop-up that the Bomgar installer =
software is not signed and as a result will not be run.</p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal">The solution is to open the downloads folder in Find=
er, then press and hold the control button while clicking on the Bomgar ins=
taller and choosing to open.</p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p>
<p class=3D"MsoNormal">From that point the client will see the standard war=
ning messages to complete the install.</p>
