So far:

/Network/Servers/smb-files.math.uwaterloo.ca/cifs.homedir/MacProfile/Library/Application Support/Adobe
-> /Volumes/Scratch/%@/Library/Application Support/Adobe

/Network/Servers/smb-files.math.uwaterloo.ca/cifs.homedir/MacProfile/Library/Fonts
-> /Library/Fonts

/Network/Servers/smb-files.math.uwaterloo.ca/cifs.homedir/MacProfile/Library/Caches
-> /Volumes/Scratch/%@/Library/Caches

(the Scratch partition is like /tmp but around til end of term)

Debating whether to do Downloads.

I was going to do 
/Network/Servers/smb-files.math.uwaterloo.ca/cifs.homedir/MacProfile/.Trash
-> /Volumes/Scratch/%@/.Trash
but that makes everything delete immediately with dialogue
(which might be good).
