[MacTUG] Can't open print queue

System Preferences -> Print & Fax -> Open Print Queue
does nothing.

Your Home folder -> Library -> Printers
has all the icons greyed out and have the Do Not symbol.
If I try to open one of these, it claims damaged or incomplete.
On a working system, it opens the print queue.

Seems to be across all the machines that I imaged both 10.6.5
from last term and 10.6.7 from this term.  

Seems to work for local accounts and fail for remote accounts.

http://localhost:631/jobs/ seems to be a workaround for now.
