[MacTUG] Mail issue

A couple of things to ask them:
 * what version of mail.app?
 * connect, mailservices, or other account?
 * does it consistently happen for them?
 * any plugins loaded for Mail?

(No, I haven't heard of this myself, but I wouldn't necessarily)
