[MacTUG] ical - booking rooms and inviting others

I now have booking rooms and inviting others working with ical and Exchange.

The first step was to detail all the exchange accounts ( email and ical ) and then when creating the email account, choose to also add calendar and address books. 
This got things "working"

The final step was finding out how exchange had rooms named, and also learning to enter users by their last name, rather than their first name. Entering the person's first name, isn't always that dependable it seems. One thing I have noticed in experimenting is that if a person's "First" name, is really their middle name or their nickname, odds are they won't show up.
