[MacTUG] ical and cancelled meetings

For what it's worth, Trevor and I were playing with this yesterday, as
I'd noticed the same thing.

Outlook 2007 has the same behaviour, notifying on a cancelled meeting.
I don't think it's the backend not properly marking the meeting as
cancelled, I think it's something else.  What?  No idea.

But it's definitely not specific to the Mac.  It might be fixable on the
server, or it might be a client-side setting, I don't know.  I suspect
the latter, but I haven't taken the time / don't care enough to figure
out how to fix it.
