[MacTUG] An email problem

I have a single user that can't get into her e-mail. When I use the web 
(squirrelmail) to check I get a message saying the imap server dropped 
her connection. The log says she is connected. I tried doing a 
reconstruct and it hung up at a folder. If I delete the folder the 
reconstruct completes but it doesn't help. I am thinking that she may 
have some sort of corruption in the incoming e-mail. I am not sure where 
to look for that to try and fix it.

Any suggestions?
