[MacTUG] FYI: MATLAB 7.6 (R2008a) is unavailable to PowerPC Macs

I came across this...

According to the Mathworks web site, MATLAB 7.6 (R2008a) is  
unavailable to PowerPC Macs, as shown in these two web pages:

http://www.mathworks.com/support/sysreq/roadmap.html
Mathworks states they will still offer tech support for PPC Macs for  
the next 2 years.
