 From the Eudora FAQ for the Mac

"If you've created a new folder with a different IMAP client, and can  
see and access this folder with other IMAP clients but not Eudora,  
the solution is to 'Refresh Mailbox List' by clicking on the  
'Refresh' button in the mailboxes window. The new mailboxes will then  
be recognized by Eudora."
