[MacTUG] Turning off Bonjour on Leopard

Hi Steve,

On Tiger, the Directory Utility allowed a mac admin to turn off several network discovery protocols. In Leopard, this interface has been removed for Bonjour, SLP, etc. How can I do this in Leopard?
