[MacTUG] Next MacTUG meeting Change

Hi All
A few things about our next meeting.
1) Because of the OUCC I have moved the meeting to Wed. May 31st at 
9:15am in Sweeney Conference Centre at St. Jerome's.

2) Do we want to meet in June, July and August. We need to decide this.

3) Server Support Contracts
Sandra and I have met and will be meeting with Randy about a UW wide 
server support contract. This is what we will need as information 
from each faculty.
a) The number of XServes and other Servers within each faculty that could
    potentially be part the Support contract.
b) The number of additional servers that are being considered in the near
    future.
c) Do you have other Apple peripherals (e.g. XServe Raids) that you would like
    to be considered as part of this package?
d) Do you want this to include training?
e) Do you want support to be 24/7?

In our discussion, Sandra said that she would be willing to do the 
billing to each faculty or college for their portion of the support. 
We also thought that we would like to include one person from each 
faculty or college as the main contact. We would like the faculties 
to look after billing individual researchers.

the Wed. Meeting.
