I tested it and found that the address in the tutorial doesn't work. 
However, this modified address does work on a mac: 
http://www.box.net/dav. The problem is that this method is not 
secure. Therefore, I leave it up to you to determine if 1 GB of 
storage is worth your while.

P.S. I have not tested how the PC tutorial stacks up.
