[Bridges] Bridges Art Exhibition deadline (and a note about COVID-19)

We would like to remind you that March 15 is the deadline for submissions for the Art Exhibition to be held as part of Bridges Aalto 2020. Submissions should be made online at http://gallery.bridgesmathart.org. The exhibition promises to be especially dynamic and exciting this year, professionally hung in an art gallery on campus and on display to the public for one month.

Yesterday, we posted this note to the Bridges 2020 website and the registration page:

"Coronavirus Update:

We are watching the COVID-19 situation closely and proceeding on the assumption that we will be able to hold the conference as planned. If events require that we cancel the conference, then the Bridges Organization will offer to fully refund all registration fees.

Aalto University maintains a website about Coronavirus that we are using for guidance."

If we make any changes to the planning of Bridges in response to COVID-19, we will post information on the Bridges 2020 page, and send an announcement by email.
