[SSDC-Safety] CSA certification equivalents

Hi everyone,

During the midterm review meetings last we I found a number of teams with non-certified electrical devices in their workbays.  Please refer to the attached document for the CSA equivalent standard markings and the procedure that will be followed when non-conforming electrical equipment is found in a student team workbay.
