[Qnfcf-oxford-metalrie] Metal-RIE online now and new software demo

Dear Metal-RIE users,

We are pleased to announce that the metal-RIE is back online.

As part the PLC upgrade, there is a new software. The menus and the way to access them are different now. These changes are reflected in the revised SOP of the tool. Please review the SOP to get familiarized with the new software.

Today, Nathan, Rod, Matt or I will be around to explain the new software. Also, there is will be a software demo this week at 9:30 am and 9:45 pm every day this week. 5 people max can attend to each demo. Please register by clicking this Doodle link. https://doodle.com/poll/8pre8sxswm2fwgae
