[QuIN-Lab] [2017Spring] Cleaning & Tasks

Folks,

I am very disappointed with you that I have to do the same comments over
and over, wasting my precious time.If I have to say this again to you
individually, I need to make a serious decision since it is ridiculous to
go on this manner.

*1. Cleaning*

Make sure that all cleaning tasks should be well-done.
- floor cleaning
- bench top cleaning
- fill-up all necessary items
- dust-cleaning with the vacuum cleaner
- sticky mats etc.

Mats, please inspect the cleaning condition thoroughly. If I spot something
wrong, you will be responsible.

*2. Waste-bins*

- Justin: Thursdays 2117A.
- Zoobia: Mondays 1007/1011

You guys are young that I don't believe it is a memory issue. It is more
about an attitude. This is the last call. Be serious and attentive.

*3. LN2*

-  Zoobia, you should've filled up the LN2 can this evening, but you did
not. This is the first thing you should do.

Mats, would you fill the spectrometer with LN2 tomorrow morning before the
cleaning starts to make sure that the detector is cold.

*4. Zoobia and Justin*

- You both should email me every day about your work summary of the day and
the plan of next day from now on since I am concerned about your work load,
commitment and progress.

Zoobia,  your volunteer early take-off on Tuesday are not allowed any
longer from now on.
