Dear all,

next week (May 12-16), the Perimeter institute will be hosting a conference
on the non-equilibrium dynamics of quantum many-body systems, which may be
of interest to some of you (see the description below).

The list of speakers and schedule has been posted online:

http://perimeterinstitute.ca/conferences/quantum-many-body-dynamics

If you are interested in attending a few select talks, feel free to join us
without registering. However, if you wish to attend a full day or several
days of the event, please email me directly asap.

Best regards,

Zlatko

Quantum Many-Body Dynamics

In recent years, much progress has been achieved in realizing highly
controlled and coherent many-body systems. Examples of such systems include
systems of ultra-cold atoms, molecules, systems of NV-centers in diamond,
and superconductiong quibits. These remarkable experimental advances pose a
conceptually new set of theoretical questions regarding the universal laws
describing the evolution and relaxation of closed many-body systems. This
workshop will cover the most exciting recent theoretical developments in
the non-equilibrium many-body physics. Focus topics include thermalization
in integrable and non-integrable strongly interacting systems,
thermalization breakdown, periodically driven systems, and many-body
localization in systems with quenched disorder. We will discuss key changes
in the field and identify the possible routes to their solution.
