Dear Colleagues,



Public nomination for the 2014 Quantum Communication Award has been started
for one and a half months already. So far merely 1 nominee has been
received. In about one month, the nomination deadline (Aug 15) will come.
If you think someone is worthy for this award, would you please prepare the
nomination material in advance and send it to us before the deadline?



The Quantum Communication Award is a worldwide famous prize for outstanding
achievements in quantum communication research: two of previous laureates,
David Wineland and Serge Haroche won the Nobel Prize in Physics; three of
previous laureates, Ignacio Cirac, Peter Zoller and Anton Zeilinger won the
Wolf Prize in Physics.
