Today is the early registration deadline for the Second International
Conference on Quantum Error Correction, to be held 5-9 December 2011 at
the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.  Tomorrow the fees
rise by $50.  It's going to be a great conference, so we encourage anyone
working in the area to attend.
