[MacTUG] Update: Release of new WCMS 2 version and software updates

What is happening? The WCMS 2 upgrade and the forms server database upgrade have been completed, so there is no longer any need to disable any forms. The caching software update has been moved to June 14 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.



What is the impact? There should be no visible impact.
