[MacTUG] Mac mini M1 now can be configured with 10GB ethernet

Just saw where Apple has added the option to upgrade the Ethernet to 10GB.

I kind of wish they had that option when I purchased my Mac mini M1, as it might prove useful down the road once the price of 10GB stuff drops to something reasonable.
