[MacTUG] macmini 2018 suggestions

Hi Marlon,

At the last MacTUG meeting, mini and memory configurations came up.

If one is going with 16GB or RAM, then upgrading to that amount with Apple makes sense. However for 32GB or more, one can save a fair bit by ordering it with 8GB and then having Dale at W store upgrade the RAM.
