[MacTUG] Running Windows under Parallels?

Hi guys,

I have a user who ideally would like to install the university's version 
of windows in Parallels. Below is his question.

Hi,
I installed Parallels on my MacBook pro and it's great, much better than 
VirtualBox which would drop the mouse and keybaord and require VM 
restarts at random times.

But Parallels downloads and installs Win10 Home.  How do I get a license 
key for that version of Windows.  The most expensive route is 
Microsoft's store.  What do other people do?  The campus keys are not 
for Win10Home, so they do not work.

With the popularity of Parallels, I'm sure someone else has solved this.
