I was on several times this morning and didn’t get an alert that the terms have been updated, but after your email when I logged in I got a popup to that effect. I have accepted them, so hopefully the message goes away for you.

When I sign into ASM, on the left side of the page the entire
"Devices" region is missing -- it goes Institution | People | Content.
No "Device Assignments" or "Assignment History".
There is also an alert at the top of the page saying:
"Apple School Manager Terms and Conditions have been updated. Learn More>"
and it suggests that full functionality will not be restored until
the new terms have been accepted. But, I don't see anywhere to
accept them (maybe I'm not the right role).
