I see that OWC is selling memory upgrades for the new Mac Mini  https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/owc/apple-mac-mini/2018

For the 16GB update it doesn’t make much sense to go with OWC as with exchange and shipping the memory is going to be a bit more than just ordering the Apple update.However with 32GB and 64GB one can save a fair bit by going with OWC.
