[MacTUG] Command line installation of new OS

In case you are wondering why I am checking this out, it is “step #823” in figuring out how to manage a lab without reimaging it at the drop of a hat! (Traditionally rebuild labs when time for major OS upgrade)

I might use it to upgrade (ie Sierra to High Sierra*) a lab. It looks pretty neat
