Mojave (Mac OS 10.14) will be the last Mac OS to support 32bit apps - https://www.macrumors.com/2018/06/05/mojave-last-macos-release-to-support-32-bit-apps/

Some examples of commonly used 32bit-only apps are some of the older Adobe CS aps. While there has been a 64bit version of Photoshop since CS4, some of the other products were much later in their migration.* We still use 32 bit versions of Illustrator and InDesign that work fine for our needs and have a perpetual license.

* eg, Illustrator only went 4 bit with CS6, and Indesign did not go 64bit until CC (Creative Cloud).
