Is the page setup button visible when you click on file?

What boxes are checked when you go into preferences/general?

Have you rebooted the machine?  I am assuming that this is a mac.  If so have you removed /Library/Preferences/MS office directory and .plists?

   They will regenerate next time you launch MS word.

Hi,

I have a user who can’t print from Word as Word’s print dialog doesn’t open/come up. Doing a File Print or Cmd P won’t bring up the print dialog.

The OS, Word are all up to date, the printer system has been reset, new print drivers loaded and so forth. Word preferences reset.

Printing works fine from other apps, including other Office apps, it is just Word that is the problem.

Has anyone encountered such a problem?
