[MacTUG] Word 2016 print dialog not coming up, OS X 10.13 high sierra

Hi,

I have a user who can’t print from Word as Word’s print dialog doesn’t open/come up. Doing a File Print or Cmd P won’t bring up the print dialog. 

The OS, Word are all up to date, the printer system has been reset, new print drivers loaded and so forth. Word preferences reset.

Printing works fine from other apps, including other Office apps, it is just Word that is the problem. 

Has anyone encountered such a problem?
