[MacTUG] Mac Outlook Calendar not connecting

Hi guys,

I am looking for a quick fix from you experienced guys for this since it 
is my dean's mac that is affected.

== Situation

Her email account had been lost on Outlook for the mac:
* my co-worker setup the account for her again
* she got back her mail
* then she noticed that her calendar was blank.

I took a look at her outlook preferences. Things look ok with her:
* account
* calendar options
* sync options.

What do you suggest?
