[MacTUG] How to set up Hotmail.com account with Mojave Mac Mail (Internet Acccounts)?

Hi Everyone,
I have a person who uses username at hotmail.com<mailto:username at hotmail.com> for their Apple ID and still uses the Hotmail account for personal email.

Trouble they are having is that Mac Mail / Internet Accounts won’t automatically set up the account properly. Incoming new email messages are appearing in the Inbox in Mac Mail, but nothing will send. They keep seeing a prompt to enter the password, but the correct password is not accepted.

I figure there must be an incorrect setting for outgoing email – but can’t find a source for Outgoing server info that works with Mojave.

Anyone know someone with a Hotmail account that is working with Mac Mail for Mojave?
