[MacTUG] macOS 10.13 High Sierra requires Office 2016 version 15.35 or later

As per https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Microsoft-Office-support-for-macOS-10-13-High-Sierra-80bbd3cc-2412-4593-988a-1c5607b26b28 the 10.13 version of OS X will require Office 2016 for Mac version 15.35.

Older version of Office for the Mac ( Office 2106 15.34 or earlier and Office for Mac 2011 ) are not supported and may not even launch.
