[MacTUG] High Sierra Server -- don't! ;-)

In a moment of weakness* I upgraded my El Cap server (which I was mainly using for some Deploystudio and Profile Managing duties) to High Sierra. Long an short, I found it a ‘box of pain’ and rebuilt my machine as Sierra.

Server 5.4 for High Sierra changes a lot of things from how previous versions worked, so I would suggest you try it out before fully upgrading.

*I did have good reasons – at the time – for such foolhardiness! ;-)
