[MacTUG] WCMS and Drupal upgrade – March 16

What is happening?
All WCMS responsive “FDSU” websites, single page sites and conference sites are being upgraded to Drupal 7.54 and WCMS version 2.4.1<https://uwaterloo.ca/web-resources/news/drupal-update-754-and-wcms-version-241-release>. This release does not affect publication or UWaterloo Scholar sites.

When is this happening?
Pilot sites will be updated on Thursday, March 16 from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Friday, March 17.

Production sites will be updated during the following windows:

·         Tuesday, March 21 from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22

·         Wednesday, March 22 from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 23

·         Thursday, March 23 from 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24 (if necessary)

What you need to do before the upgrade begins:
If you have a responsive, single page, or conference site, please log out of your site and do not work on your site during this upgrade window. Sites will remain available to site visitors during the upgrade window.
