[MacTUG] Easy fix for missing Safari address bar - Sierra Mac OS

Here is a fix for the missing address bar in Safari - for those using 
the latest Sierra Mac OS

Open  Safari -> Select Preferences -> Advanced -> Check "Show full 
website address"

For some reason it is off by default the this version
